I made this build because flicker strike wasn't flicker strike enough.

Cameria's Avarice shoots out icicles upon killing frozen enemies. This is linked to Cast-on-crit + Lightning Warp, which (when it works) teleports me to the next pack of monsters. Assassin is the best way to nearly guarantee a CoC proc if the icicles hit.
Thrown together, not min-maxed at all, but you get the idea lol.
