Sniper's Mark was a mistake

This build was originally intended to be an uber bosser, but it can't do bosses because it lags so badly. If you really want to abuse KinBolt of Fragmentation for shotgunning memes, consider either Str Stacking with Replica Alberons or using other tech that doesn't involve totems sextupling your lag. Also in case I need to spell it out, yes the thumbnail dps number is ironic bait, how effective the shotguns depend on how nicely you stuff all the totems under the boss and whether they die immediately after being summoned.
