In this video I want to go over the most important changes for Lightning Arrow Deadeye for Patch 3.23! There is a full revamp of Threshold Jewels, Lab Enchants and Alt-Quality-Gems which makes it into the Core Game giving us some power; but ontop of that we also get significant buffs (double ascendancies!) from Affliction League. LA stonks went up! We loose a good old friend though: RIP Kaom's Spirit!
