High budget Skeleton mages build that scales the DPS into 10s of millions by focusing on critical strike damage. The build in the video is more glass cannon than super tanky.
The build only has 75/75 block for defensive layer. You can make it tankier with Aegis aurora + Determination. Or full glass cannon with double wands :)
