This is a mid budget build with good mapping survivability and DPS. It uses Spectres (Hyrri's Watch) as the main DPS. They use long range cold projectiles. The build is easier to play than skele mages because you don't need to re-summon them all the time.
I showcase the build doing: T16 mapping, Mino, Searing Exarch, Sirus.
