League Starter and SSF build for Path of Exile 3.16 Scourge League! The build uses all rare items and can work in SSF (no uniques). It will also work in hardcore (good survivability). Minions are: skeletons, zombies, spectres for DPS, carrion golem for meat shields and team buffs (frenzy and power charges from carnage & host chieftain).

19 Oct: release!
20 Oct: fixed levelling tree problems, remove 8% reserve to Mana Mastery 15% reserve, add life mastery +50 life to Act 3, change default to level 95.
