Hi everyone. To sum up the strategy:
Roll Cloaks for "Reduced Alert when opening chests" (3 cloaks is enough since you can swap around)
Try to bring Karst, Tenet, Tullina, and you can bring the same crew multiple times, for stacking bonuses.
The strategy works at lower levels too, but even better at higher level.
