In this video I show you my insane Ice Ranger build using various cold bow related skills to clear insanely fast, one shot bosses and speedlevel from level 1 to endgame in a day or so on a fresh character. It's a very strong build if you want to league start with it as it's easy to play and gear or if you just want to try out a fun strong arrow-based build on a second/third/fourth etc character that isn't la/lr and plays around freezing mechanics.
