In this video, we're taking a look at one of the coolest do-it-yourself single-board computer projects out there: the all-new Waveshare PocketTerm35. This DIY handheld kit is designed specifically for the Raspberry Pi 4 and Raspberry Pi 5.

I put together the kit using a Raspberry Pi 5 and a 5000mAh battery, walking you through the assembly of the metal front shell, dual speakers, and the 3.5-inch optically bonded IPS display. We check out the custom membrane keyboard, test its performance with RetroArch for GBA and Dreamcast emulation, and I share my plans to use this awesome little cyberdeck as a dedicated Arduino programmer for ESP32 projects
