Hi everyone,
I was hoping to be back here on Youtube with an exciting unboxing video, but unfortunately the online order pochette metis did NOT meet my expectations so I ended up exchanging for a different one in store. THAT unboxing video will be edited and uploaded separately, but I wanted to share my experience with online order because it was absolutely HORRENDOUS!!!

I did have a great experience in the boutique when I went in today for an exchange though, so I'm less annoyed now LOL.
