For 25 years, P!NK has written the soundtrack to our lives, and now the NMPA has honored her for it with the Songwriter Icon Award.

P!NK said it best: "These weren't cute little pop projects to me. They were open-heart surgeries set to a sick beat."

To everyone who's ever screamed these songs in the car, windows up, ugly crying. To everyone who grew up on them or sent one to a friend in need. And to everyone who played one on repeat until life made sense again. She wrote them for you.
