Sometimes you listen to some jammin' songs and think wow this fits my friend's ocs so so much. So I made this for @BasilKats birthday since he has made me so many amazing arts and animatics of my characters in the past and is generally a talented and awesome friend. The story these characters are from is called Thorns and Berries.
When two rival cat colonies find themselves in a skirmish, the young Sparrow Flightbrook (tuxedo) accidentally causes Soot Branchspirit's death while defending himself. This devastates Soot's dear friend (more than friend?), Beetle Galewhisper (gray tortie), who vows revenge. However, something in the afterlife hasn't gone quite right, inflicting Sparrow with the memories and mind of the tom he killed.
