PMS to CMYK color matching for dying matte finished beads. I wanted a nice olive colored bead, but didn't have any. So, I dyed my own!
C = Cyan
M = Magenta
Y = Yellow
K = Black (Key)
Dyna Flow paint worked so well for this, I wanted to see how well it would mix to create close to true PMS color matches. I was very pleased with the results!
You can find PMS color charts all over the internet, but you want one that will also provide a CMYK mix ratio. I used the ratios provided in the PMS color chip books I have at work.
