The City of Toronto is replacing its Online Call Document System (OCDS) with the new T.O. Bids Portal. This change will improve the accessibility of information regarding solicitations coming to market, Notices of Intended Procurement and Contract Award notices. This training video will walk suppliers and members of the public through how and why the City uses the T.O. Bids portal.
