Session description: This presentation delves into the intricate interplay of conscious and unconscious realms, drawing from personal experiences and Jungian insights. Focused on Dissociative Identity Adaptation (DID), it explores the impact of obscured thoughts, alters’ role, and shadow works significance. The speaker shares their journey, from discovering their DID system to integrating conscious and unconscious elements for mental stability. The speaker also examines the impact of obscured thoughts and images on the conscious mind, elucidating the struggles with violent intrusive thoughts and the passive influence of alters. The integration of hypersexual child alters/parts is explored through the lens of shadow work, highlighting the importance of self-compassion in embracing and understanding these aspects. Dreams emerge as crucial restorers of psychological balance, offering unique insights into the unconscious intentions of alters/parts within the system. The presentation underscores the value of dreams as messengers between instinctive and rational parts of the mind, providing a deeper understanding of the inner world. Presenter bio: I identify as a 43-year-old gender-fluid, neuroqueer woman with a Self-led plural identity. I am physically able and mid- sized. I celebrate being bisexual, polyamorous, and kinky. As an Anglican Christian and a seventh- generation white settler Canadian, our faith informs our values of love, acceptance, and reconciliation.

Cisnormativity and Plurality: and how academia has been failing Plurals
Session description: In this video we go over how there is a lack of research when it comes to plurality and gender, and how the few academic articles there are, are riddled with cisnormativity and singletnormativity. We then go over some articles written by the community to demonstrate writings that do call out the cis and singlet normativity present in academic writing.
Trigger Warnings: Talk of transphobia, pluralphobia (including the dehumanization of alters/headmates), and the psychiatric system, racism, sexism, reference to historical violent acts like riots though non-descriptive.
Presenter bio: We are a relatively newly discovered system but still very passionate about plural pride! We are YouTubers and zine makers wanting to chart the path of creating Plural Theory (sociological idea similar to Queer Theory) and become advocates for plurals around the world.

Title of the session: Lucid Dreaming and Dissociative Identity Disorder.
Please note, this session will include discussions around angry/aggressive alters and experiences of growing up trans.
Session description: Lucid dreaming is the act of becoming conscious in the dream state. It allows the dreamer to experience the dream with daytime awareness and gives them a level of control over the dream. As we are connecting with our subconscious in the dream state, its possible to get ask to meet alters and learn more about their formulation and what they represent. After nearly 10 years of work with my own system, I believe this is an invaluable tool that can aid recovery.
Presenter bio: I first became aware of another person in my head when I was around 12. I told no one for a few years and once I did I spent a lot of time in the mental health system not getting the correct treatment. I started having to look for answers myself, which involved lucid dreaming (becoming conscious in the dream state) to seek out alters and ask them questions about their creation, why they are here and how I can help them. Its allowed me to get closer to certain alters and has helped with a degree of integration. This is something I feel very passionately about and want to spread awareness of.
