The Ciat-Lonbarde Plumbutter 2 is the strangest and most wonderful of instruments. Coupled here with the Eventide H9 it can produce other worldly sounds, in ways that are quite unexpected. At heart it's a 'drum machine,' but unlike any rhythm generator that you might be familiar with. It's an instrument that continually reveals new joys and surprises. You can even play it with the theremin style interface on the right hand side, as you can see in the video. Built out of signature mulberry, walnut and sassafras wood in Berlin at Patch Point, it's truly a thing of beauty! And listen on headphones if you can for the wild stereo output! :-)
