Here is a timelapse of a casein painting of a chicken coop that I did from life. Normally I paint with gouache - I haven't used casein in a few months before I set out to do this painting. It's a very different paint, in my opinion, and if you'd like to learn more about it I recommend James Gurney's Casein in the Wild video: youtube.com/watch?v=7soU0ZhPY-c
---
Supplies used:
-Arches 140lb Cold Pressed Watercolour Block
-Jack Richeson Casein Paint
-Assorted brushes, most under $5
