This is STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl
I am also using the 2009 Complete mod and the realistic weapons mod. I quick google search will direct you to the download links.

I purchased a new MIC, the Audio-Technica AT2005USB Cardioid Dynamic USB/XLR Microphone. I recorded some gameplay of STALKER while testing it out. I mainly uploaded this video to check volume levels after uploading to YouTube.

You should play the game though...it's awesome.
