The song itself starts out with an almost identical intro to "A Sitting on a Gate", but then it quickly diverges into a more joyous and bright version of it, making it a new unique song in my books!
This is aboard the Wingalet during the "Sunny Summer Fontinalia" event quest line.
In order to access the piano, you first need to complete a number of tasks: Start the quest, progress far enough to meet Freminet aboard the ship, do the diving commissions that he sends you on, retrieve the 5 necessary pieces of the piano, assemble them, talk to Sandrone when she appears next to the piano, and finally, have Sandrone in your party when you click on the piano (yes, you need to own Sandrone to do this last part).
