Everyone Orchestra was ridiculously great at ARISE Music Festival this weekend; the whole cast of musicians felt super inspired and stoked to be there which always makes for a powerful improvisation session. Conductor Matt Butler asked me to kick this one off, and I knew the Dumpstaphunk guys were around so I did my best to make it FUNKY. I had no idea where it would go, but the collective creative spark was strong and it became this awesome song, ‘Playing In The Sandbox’. Think I may need to steal this one for my own band…
