This video are from the Maya classes done in the banquitas house of culture . The person speaking Maya is Yadely Valladarez Chuc a Yucatec Maya from the Village of San Pablo(Orange Walk) and she is also a member of Ak Kuchkabal Maya and the Northern Maya Association of Belize . Today mostly elders speak Maya Yucatec while the youths speak little to no Maya at all . This programs done by La academia Maya de Yo creek and Banquitas hose of culture are done to preserve the indigenous language of northern Belize which is Yucatec Maya .
