With Midnight everyone expected playable Amani, but then the expansion announcement happened. We got brand new models, Zul'Aman rebuilt a huge troll storyline but the haranir are the new playable race. Most people think it is over but recent Blizzard interviews tell a completely different story. First of all Amani are not actually the bad guys we will help them and ally with them. Furthermore it was just confirmed that Haranir were supposed to be playable in the War Within but were moved to Midnight last minute which likely moved the Amani as well. Interestingly enough the Amani were placed on an orc skeleton, they are able to equip player items which very few races can, so far vulpera and haranir had these abilities and they joined us. On the other hand another race recently got updated the ethereals which also has this ability so this could be the Alliance equivalent. So what is everything we currently know?
