Pokemon Sword and Shield already work partially on Yuzu. There are some issues with it, but if you want to play a part of the game you can with minor issues and decent speed!

Update: In Yuzu Early Access you can play without a save file!

With this save you can walk around a big area and catch/battle some pokemons. Even the gigantamax fights work fine!
