In this Unity Tutorial video you will learn play random footstep sounds suitable for the type of terrain the player character is walking on triggered by animation events. We will use ScriptableObjects to configure the various footstep sounds and to introduce variability in pitch and volume. We will also see how we can add reverb when the player walks inside a medieval church.
