Dr. Tomasz Kosowski, who will represent himself in his upcoming murder trial, attended a motions hearing on Friday. During the hearing, Judge Joseph Bulone urged Kosowski to let his attorneys help him during the death penalty motions hearing. Kosowski then announced, “I move that we strike them all,” and asked that all the previous motions related to the penalty phase be removed from the docket. Kosowski is accused of killing Steven Cozzi, an attorney representing a client who was suing him. Kosowski’s trial is scheduled to start with jury selection on Sept. 14.
