Plastic rigid regrind recycling machine for ABS, PP, PS

This plastic pelletizing machine is usually used for recycling rigid regrind of PE,PP, ABS, PS.
The screw conveyor in the plastic pelletizing system feed the plastic material automatically (such as HDPE milk bottle flakes or PE/PP pipes), without manual feeding can save labor costs.
With the hopper feeding integrated force feeder, the plastic lumps can be directly fed into the extruder in a stable way and avoid bridging.
In the water-ring pelletizing system (hot die face pelletizing), the plastic waste is melted by the extruder and then directly cut by the rotating knives attached to the surface of the water-ring die head. The recycled pellets in round shape are produced, instantly cooled within the water tank then dehydrated by the vibration tank, and finally passed through a centrifugal drier.
The final product can be put back into the injection molding and produce other plastic products like plastic trash cans, plastic chairs, etc.
