After trying chemical based products and having no success bringing the faded plastic back to original, I contemplated 'plastic dipping' them. After some searching I stumbled into this method of trim restoration and decided to give it a try before anything else.
All you really need is time (patience) and a good heat gun, and the rest works out great! After a few minutes you learn 'the technique' and the rest works out great! The other thing is, you can go back over previous areas to 'touch up' if need be.
Very happy with the initial results. Time will tell how well is stands up, but for now I'm very pleased.
