Ultimate Paper Mache | Plaster Cloth Over A Skull Shaped Form @UltimatePaperMache | Uploaded July 2020 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
In this video I show you how I added plaster cloth over my skull-shaped form. The form was made using a pattern I created, and it really helps when sculpting a human face or head.

You won't need the plaster cloth if you're using a softer modeling clay, but if you use a wet clay, like I did in a previous video, the water in the clay will eventually make its way through the plastic tape and dampen the cardboard. You can always just make a new form using the same pattern, but for a permanent form you intend to use often, the plaster cloth will really help.

If you'd like to use my pattern, you can find it here: ultimatepapermache.com/face-sculpting-form

All of the patterns for the animals behind me in the video can be found here: ultimatepapermache.com/patterns

If you use the form to make a face sculpture, I really hope you'll come back to my website and show it off: ultimatepapermache.com/daily-sculptors-group-page

I'd love to see it.
