Key Plants and their Uses:
Clematis: The only true liana in Europe [00:01].
Guelder-Rose: Easily mistaken for elder, but its leaves smell grassy, not like elderflower [00:47].
Mullein: Edible, and can be used as a torch when dry and wrapped in tree resin. Also excellent toilet paper and used for hand drill spindles [01:38].
Rose Family: Recognizable by its five-petal flowers, all members are edible, including blackberries [03:16].
