In part 2 of our conversation we take a critical lens on the vegan and environmental movements, exploring their shortcomings and pondering how we might transcend them. We consider how the negative rhetoric coming out of these movements serves more to provoke fear and guilt than to lead the way to a better future, and begin to think through utopian food solutions like community food forests.
