I lived in Plano from 1980 to 93 and the balloon fest was always a great time. This is when the event took place at Bob Woodruff park in East Plano. I took these clips with an analog Cannon 8mm video cam. I thought this was a late 80s event but found my old T-shirt and it was actually the 1992 event. I'm glad the event is still running strong after all these years.
