When i animate i create view port previews called "PlayBlasts" at various stages of animation. These previews play back in real time and allow me to asses timings without having to render the entire sequence. Which saves a lot of time.
This is a preview of an unfinished walk cycle i made over the course of a few hours. It is made entirely by hand using video footage i recorded on my phone of me walking. In this preview the feet are fully animated however the upper body still needs another few animation passes. As this part has only got a base animation.
No motion capture software was used to make this.

In Planetside 2 leaders are by far the most important and most unappreciated players. The truly great fights that the game advertises are created by these players. The best players in Planetside 2 are often the best leaders as they are the ones who can actually have an impact on a continental scale.

![[Command] Ep 2 - Chain Of Command and Communication : Planetside 2 Leadership Series
In this episode we will discuss the chain of command of a platoon and squad. In a platoon the PL does not need to know everything and this episode will try to help you address that. I will also touch upon communication urgency for motivation, a quick turbo boost for a squad if you will.
