A rather wet & blustery November day at Manchester. With the second runway, 23L closing at 10am, so all take offs & landings in this video are on the single runway 23R. Still reasonably busy, with the midday spree of arrivals coming in from the shorter routes as well as a good mix of longhaul traffic both arriving & departing thrown into the bag as well. The only thing not playing ball was the weather. Some quite strong gusts from the south as well as some heavy rain at times too. Departing aircraft were disappearing into the cloud cover within a minute or so of leaving the runway. Worth mentioning, my camera has an "auto-stability" function to keep the shots looking still. I've noticed it before, but sometimes when filming with a tripod this feature doesn't work as well. So on the majority of shots its very steady and looks good, but on a few you may notice the feature wasn't working correctly and therefore it looks shakier than the rest. I'm entirely sure as to why this happened or what I can do to stop it. But you might notice it on a few of the clips.
