Just like your phone, aircraft need regular software updates run on them to keep them up to date. Here’s how I keep EYZ updated with the latest navigation, obstacle, and terrain data plus taxi diagrams and flight charts using the onboard Garmin Avionics, an iPad running Garmin Pilot, and the FlightStream 510 interface.
