Hello Everyone,
In this video, I have made and discussed my first Journal ever. This is my June Journal which I have tried to make in the most easily and in a very simple manner. I was inspired to make this journal after watching videos of various You Tubers. Journaling I found is the best way to plan your weeks ahead, months and even in some cases, years. It is a great therapeutic activity; it is a great way to visualize your goals, objectives on papers; beforehand.
This is my June Journal and in this video I have shared and discussed about the different Contents that I thought would be beneficial to me in the month June. I think this sort of easy simple Journal would useful to anybody even the once who can’t draw or paint very well unlike me.
I think anything that is done with proper planning and scheduling turns out to give better results than the once which are not. And this applies to all the spheres of Life.
