Pablo Parés and Hernán Sáez's 1997 cult hit Plaga Zombie is credited as the pioneers of contemporary Argentinian horror cinema, true representation of Punk Cinema, and sparked the one and only zombie trilogy in Latin America in the next 20 years. With their blessing, American indie filmmaker Garry Medeiros ran with the latest edition: where the Aliens are back to create another outbreak - in New England. The northeast-coastal city of New Bedford, Massachusetts is quickly overrun by bloodthirsty alien-infested zombies. To contain the outbreak, the government detaches the city at its fault line and sets it adrift into the Atlantic Ocean. Four unlikely heroes must battle through the hordes of zombies, stop the alien invasion, and anchor the floating city before it smashes head on into the Azores Islands.
