Waffle Maker for stove top amzn.to/3shuoIG Waffle Maker with base amzn.to/38qa9jP the model with the round ring base can be hard to find, also look on ebay
2 cups milk
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour (up to half whole wheat if you like)
4 TBSP butter, melted and cool, microwave is my fav
1 TSP Active Yeast
1 TBSP sugar
1/2 TSP salt
2 eggs separated
Mix the dry ingredients with a whisk or fork.
Mix the egg yolks into the dry ingredients.
Add in the milk and butter.
Put the batter and egg whites in fridge overnight.
When ready to cook, whisk up the egg whites in to peaks, then fold into the batter.
Pour about 3/4 cup into waffle iron.
