UPDATE: Turns out, PTG shows up TWICE in Crust Cove as a totally unique Easter Egg! Right when you go through the Lap 2 Portal, going down the pit to the right reveals him relaxing at the very bottom! Must be vacationing from all the split second teleporting hed been doing.
