During my live stream of Operation C (a Contra game for Game Boy) I got a Game Over on the VERY LAST obstacle before the end of the game. An electric floor trap just before the last room took my last life.

The next day when I came back to beat the game, I realized I was literal pixels away from winning when I lost.
