Edit: Patch 1.4.4 has fixed the bug!
If your like me, and your Faith still will not fill up, I was told to do this:
One of the programmers has suggested destroying all beds and remaking them - or at least until you no longer have the notification not enough beds then remake, which should fix the issue!
