Google raised the price of the Pixel 11 Pro XL by $100 at every single storage tier, and then cut the base model down to 12GB of RAM. Last year every Pixel 10 Pro XL came with 16GB no matter which one you bought.
So I put both phones side by side for two weeks. Same tests, same day, same pocket. The telephoto is genuinely better and Night Sight is faster. Almost everything else is the same phone with a light on the back.
Here's what I found, and why I'd still take the 10 Pro XL and keep the money.
