Pitts & Spitts Maverick 1250 - Hot & Fast Ribs

In this video I smoke up some Hot & Fast Ribs on the Pitts & Spitts Maverick 1250! These racks were both right around 3.5 pounds and they only took 2 hours to cook! I set the Pitts & Spitts Maverick 1250 to 325F and these took exactly 2 hours to cook these ribs! I will for sure be doing these ribs this way again for sure especially if i'm ever pinched for time! The rub combo of Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub and Boars Night Out White Lightning was absoutely delicious and I will 100% be using that combo on pork a lot! Give these a shot and I think you will be pleasantly surprised! 🍻🍻
