Hey everyone! In this video I compare the 2 Pit Boss smokers side by side. After shooting the video I did notice that the chicken from the vertical had a better smokey flavor. I guess I didn’t let it sit long enough when I filmed the tasting of the chickens part. For the actual cook itself I’d give the win to the Classic. For taste and flavor it goes to the Vertical. I used the Pit Boss Competition blend pellets for this cook in both smokers. Hit the subscribe if you haven’t already as I’ll have more content coming soon.
