Hey everyone. In this video I show a different kind of setup in the Pit Boss for cooking a brisket. This one came out better then the first brisket I did, but I’m still not totally satisfied with it. I’ll be trying one more time on the Pit Boss to see if I can nail it. So watch for that in a few months. Hope everyone is enjoying these videos and they’re helping some of you guys out.
