There's an alarming lack of Zelda covers on my channel, and it's been almost 4 years since I've covered something from Majora's Mask! The original track is already heavy af, so I just had to do it. I thought it would be cool to go for more of a pirate metal style on this track (for obvious reasons). Since the leads are pretty simple, I decided to focus more on the rhythm guitars. There's even a breakdown part way through that I think came out pretty brutal. Overall, I'm pretty proud of this arrangement and I hope you guys like it!
I'd also like to mention that this track is featured on the new Pixel MIxers community album "Sunrise and Moonfall," which is out now! It features tracks from both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask and has some really great musicians on it. There's also a wide variety of genres in it, not just metal. Definitely make sure to check it out if you're interested!
