Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides officially kicked off the international trailer with an event at the Disneyland Resort. Coordinated in conjunction with YahooMovies, sweepstakes winners were given the chance to see the first trailer for the film at the Downtown Disney AMC theater at 6:15 in the morning. Afterwards, they were taken for an early morning ride on Pirates of the Caribbean before the park opened. After that, a private party was held at the Festival Arena where breakfast was served.
