If you have recently purchased a pirated DVD movie, chances are you might have seen this "warning message" that plays before the start of the movie.

This is one method DVD pirates use to convince you NOT to purchase DVD-R ripoffs of their original "Gold Disc" ripoffs.

If you were to ask me, its better to ditch the pirated stuff (regardless whether they are on "gold discs" or DVD-R), and go original instead.
