Thank you so much for hanging in there and giving me some time to fall apart and grieve. It’s been a long three months of losses and heartbreak, and whilst I have been creating to cope with the grief, I have been less good at sharing the results.
These cards I actually made quite a while ago, but I haven’t had the emotional ompf or get-up-and-get-it-done to finish the video until now. I know for some their mojo goes into hiding when they are upset, angry, grieving or generally not themselves, but for me I’ve found some longed for peace when I have been creating. It’s been a total life-saver for me, sitting in my craft room, surrounded by colours and glitter, and just create whatever I feel like. Having those moments of stillness has made it easier to then go back to reality and facing the heartbreak all over again. It’s an escape from feeling terrible all the time, and for that I will always be grateful.
