Pine Telecaster (Barncaster). This guitar was ordered by a friend of mine in 2019. We spent a lot of time deciding which wood to choose and decided to try working with very old pine and baked maple. We ordered 150 year old pine blanks from an old American barn for a 3 piece body and a baked maple neck blank. My friend Nikolai decided to make a neck with binding and inlays in the style of PRS, rosewood fretboard 12 radius. I suggested bringing out the trussrod nut as in Suhr. In my opinion, this is the most convenient. The wood turned out to be the lightest and very beautiful, so I decided not to use nitro, but covered the body with a two-component oil. Guitar weight 2.8 kg (6.18 lbs) For the bridge we decided to try a Seymour Duncan Little 59 pickup (a tele-single humbucker), for the neck position I made a special humbucker with a more precise attack and a very wide frequency range. Now this model is called W41 PAF. The neck profile is a light V with a transition to C. It sits very comfortably in the hand. The guitar turned out amazing, both in design and sound. I fell in love with this guitar and therefore bought it back for myself.

This year, we’ve updated our line of PAF clones and added several variations and new models. We’ve slightly improved the winding pattern by studying vintage winding machines in even greater detail and conducting dozens of experiments with precise measurements of characteristics and comparisons to original PAFs. We’ve also developed a completely new model, the Rumble Heart, which has no analogues. The unique feature of this model is that we implemented a slight phase shift in each pickup individually. We tuned it so that the sound became brighter and more spacious while still retaining the body of the midrange. The sound of this pickup set takes us back to the golden era of Led Zeppelin and Cream. If you want your Les Paul to sound like a Telecaster on steroids, this model is for you.
We’ve also introduced several new variations of our classic models. The ’59 PAF clone is now available with either AlNiCo 2 or A4 magnets. The Goldie model, in addition to the standard A5 magnets, now available in a version with A2 magnets. For the most passionate rock ’n’ rollers, we’ve introduced the ’59 Hot PAF model with A5 magnets. And for jazz musicians and those who love a clean sound, we introduced the 57 Jazz PAF model with the weakest A3 pickups. We also kept the 58 PAF clone with A2 magnets, as this model has gained great popularity worldwide, especially in Japan.
