Hello you awesome Sonic dudes and welcome
to a brand new video in which today I'll be
getting into the funky rock vibes which
head-boppin and bouncing nonstop in the
bonus stage Pinball Machine from the video
game Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles.
Getting to work on Pinball Machine as a cover
was seriously fun to work on and it wasn't
just the track that I was really into from the
soundtrack but it was how the instruments
came together with a mixture of brass, synth
and rock. I wanted to elevate that track and
make it sound appropriate for the mood or
genre of this song and how it resembles the
bonus stage in game. I took as much time as
I needed to get the sound spot on and picked
a few random instruments of my choosing to
determine which ones that would go well. It was
like modifying a tool that suits your needs
and how it can make a huge difference on both
the execution and performance.
